Works are underway on the construction of a residential and business building of floors S + VP + 5 + Pe in the Trebinje settlement of Zasad polje, on plots marked as cp no. no. 2291/58 (according to the new operetta) KO Trebinje 1.
The building is divided into two lamellae L1 and L2, basically “L” shaped.
The basement floor is intended for a garage, and the residential units are designed on higher floors, VP + 5 + Pe.
Earthworks on the excavation of the foundation pit of lamella 1 and lamella2 have been completed.
Execution in progress:
reinforced concrete works, which include reinforcing, carpentry and concrete works on the positions of columns, walls, elevator shafts, stairs, beams and mezzanine structures.
masonry work, masonry of facade walls d = 25 cm and partition walls d = 12 cm.

Lamell 1:
basement: – reinforced concrete works and masonry works have been completed
high ground floor: -reinforced concrete works have been completed

first floor: – reinforced concrete works have been completed

second floor: – reinforced concrete works have been completed
third floor: – reinforced concrete works are in progress,
– the columns, walls and shaft of the elevator have been completed,
– carpentry works on the mezzanine structure are in progress,
Lamell 2:
basement: – reinforced concrete works and masonry works have been completed
high ground floor: -reinforced concrete works have been completed.

During the execution of reinforced concrete works, works on distribution of electrical installations and works on distribution of water and sewerage are performed at the same time.
