Finest Company Ltd. Trebinje has started construction of the first facility in the future residential and business complex “Center 2”, in which several buildings are planned.
Object 1 is divided into two blades with basically “L” shaped shapes. The projected floor of the building is S + VP + 5 + PE. The basement floor, intended for garage (with technical rooms and storage rooms in one part of Lamella 2), is 1m below the level of the terrain, and residential and commercial units are designed on higher floors.
It is planned to build 2 business apartments and 71 residential units (6 studios, 35 one-bedroom, 22 two-bedroom, 7 three-bedroom and 1 four-bedroom apartment).
