RC “Center 2” – Building 2

The facility is located in the urban part of Trebinje. It consists of 78 apartments. It is divided into two lamellae. The projected number of storeys of the building is G + P + 5 + PE. The facility meets the highest quality standards when it comes to sound and thermal insulation. All external openings are made of PVC hardware, five-chamber profiles with thermal break. The facade is made with thermal insulation 8 cm thick. The final layer is a silicone-silicate base. The walls and floors in the kitchen and bathroom, as well as the hallways, pantries and terraces are covered with first-class porcelain ceramics. Three-layer large-format oak parquet is planned in the living and sleeping rooms. Sanitary devices and equipment in the bathrooms are from the world’s top manufacturers.

The entrance doors to the apartments are anti-burglary, fire-retardant and thermally insulated, covered with white chipboard. The inner door is made of MDF, with grooves. The apartments are equipped with a multi-split heating and cooling system with one outdoor and several indoor units that are placed in the living room and all bedrooms.

Balcony railings are made of laminated tinted glass with aluminum handrail or masonry with aluminum handrail. Each apartment has its own water meter. The apartments are equipped with quality intercom. The building has an electric elevator, adapted for use by people with disabilities, which goes from the garage to the secluded floor, at the top of the building.
