The object is divided into two blades, basically “L” shaped. The projected floor of the building is S + VP + 5 + PE. The basement floor, intended for garage (with technical rooms and storage rooms in one part of Lamella 2), is 1m below the level of the terrain, and residential and commercial units are designed on higher floors. It is planned to build 2 business suites and 71 residential units (6 studios, 35 one-bedroom, 22 two-bedroom, 7 three-bedroom and 1 four-bedroom apartment).
When designing our facility, the highest quality standards are met when it comes to sound and thermal insulation. The walls in the kitchen and bathroom, hallways, bathrooms and terraces are lined with first-class ceramics. The living rooms and bedrooms are provided with oak parquet flooring of different dimensions. The windows and balcony doors on the apartments are made of PVC. The facades are made of quality insulating materials.
The openings of the premises and entrances to the residential part of the building are made of aluminum profiles. Entrance doors to the apartments are burglar, fireproof, high security and are additionally reinforced. The interior door is of first-class quality. The apartments are equipped with special equipment for heating and cooling. Each apartment has its own water meter. The apartments are equipped with intercom. The facility has an electric lift, adapted for use by people with disabilities.
